Colonial Gardens Bed and Breakfast, Williamsburg, Virginia, is an enchanting escape into old world European romance and elegance. Colonial Gardens Bed and Breakfast is ideally located a mile from Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William & Mary. It is the closest Williamsburg Bed and Breakfast to Jamestown Settlement and Busch Gardens. It is located near the Williamsburg Winery, and within 2 miles of the Williamsburg Jamestown airport ( KJGG ). Busch Gardens and Water Country USA are just a 7 minute drive, as is the Williamsburg Antique Mall, with more than 400 antique venders. Don't forget there are more than 20 courses of world class golf just a short drive away also. Wake to the aroma of freshly brewed Kona coffee and enjoy a gourmet breakfast served on china with crystal and silver service before beginning your day. Our guests are invited to return for wine and snacks in the sunroom before going out for your dinner. We are the perfect destination for vacations, honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, family reunions, special occasions, or any reason you wish to be pampered and indulge yourself in some of the finer things in life. Two night stay may be required on Friday, Saturday and Sunday Nights. Some Holiday and event weekends may require three night Minimum 
Policies- We are a non-smoking inn. A one night deposit (less tax) is required to confirm reservation. Please keep in mind Children over 12 are welcome.
Cancellations: Cancellations obviously adversely affect us. When a last minute cancellation occurs, it affords us little chance of re-selling the space. Should situations arise requiring a change or a cancellation in your reservation, we of course sympathize...but must maintain a business policy and stand by our cancellation requirements. A change or cancellation of a confirmed reservation more than 30 days in advance will result in our refunding your deposit, less $25. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation inside 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in no refund being given until we rebook your room nights (regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure.) Cancellations within 7 days will be charged full reserved stay amount. You are welcome to send someone else in your place. Weekends require a two night minimum. Special event weekends and Most Holidays are a 3 day minimum.
