Q: Will we have our own bathroom?
A: Yes, all of our rooms and suites have private baths.

Q: Will there be a telephone in our room?
A: No, we have taken out the phones as most guests have cell phones today.

Q: Can we connect to the Internet at your B&B?
A: Yes, we have whole house Wi-Fi.

Q: Will our room have air conditioning?
A: Yes, each room will be quite comfortable in summer and winter.
Q: Can we have someone come in and prepare meals for us?
A: Maybe, Karen is an amazing chef and is available by appointment only to come in and prepare anything from breakfast to sit down dinner. Please call 757-220-8087 to inquire about menu’s and availability and pricing
Q: Where can I find directions to your Inn?
A: View our map for exact directions to our Williamsburg Bed and Breakfast. We are just minutes from the I-64 exits for Williamsburg Virginia.
Q: Is there a minimum night stay required?
A: Yes, we have a 4 night minimum
Q: What times are check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in time is between 4:00 – when you get here  Check-out time is by 11 am to avoid late check out fee of $100 so that the home can be prepared in time for the next check in that day at 4 PM. ( extra people will need to be hired to get home ready in time )
Q: Is there private parking available?
A: Our private off-street parking lot is located in the front of the Inn. There is one spot per room but it will accommodate more than that.
Q: What about pets?
A: Yes, you can bring Fido for an addition pet fee of $100. Dogs may do there business in the backyard only and must be cleaned up.
Q: Do you have non-smoking rooms available?
A: Colonial Gardens is a non-smoking Williamsburg lodging
facility. Smoking is acceptable on the porch only.
Q: Do you allow children?
A: Yes
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Once you have secured your reservation with a 50 Percent deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If you need to for whatever reason, cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your 50% of your deposit with at least 30 days notice inside that 30 day window there will be no refund given. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy (Including weather), if you are concerned, please look into travel insurance. We can recommend Travel Guard.
We understand your concerns about a possible hurricane. We always suggest protection with travel insurance.
Policy if the weather service in fact issues a hurricane warning in our area:
For guests due to arrive a credit with be issued for a future stay.
Policy if there is no official hurricane warning in our area:
Cancelling a stay based upon a hurricane approaching the general area or once a hurricane has gone through, please refer to our normal cancellation policy.If a hurricane has gone through and the home is not suitable for hosting guests, upcoming reservations will receive a credit toward a future stay.
