Q: Will we have our own bathroom?
A: Yes, all of our rooms and suites have private baths.
Q: Will there be a telephone in our room?
A: No, we have taken out the phones as most guests have cell phones today.
Q: Can we connect to the Internet at your home?
A: Yes, we have whole house Wi-Fi.
A: Yes, each room will be quite comfortable in summer and winter.
A: Maybe, Karen is an amazing chef and is available by appointment only to come in and prepare anything from breakfast to sit down dinner. Please call 757-220-8087 to inquire about menu’s and availability and pricing
A: View our map for exact directions to our Williamsburg home. We are just minutes from the I-64 exits for Williamsburg Virginia.
A: Yes, we have a 3 to 4 night minimum depending on time of year, if you desire an exception please call we may be able to accommodate!
A: Check-in time is between 4:00 – when you get here Check-out time is by 11 am to avoid late check out fee of $200 so that the home can be prepared in time for the next check in that day at 4 PM. ( extra people will need to be hired to get home ready in time )
A: Our private off-street parking lot is located in the front of the Inn. There is one spot per room but it will accommodate more than that.
A: Yes, you can bring Fido for an addition pet fee of $100. Dogs may do there business in the backyard only and must be cleaned up.
A: Colonial Gardens is a non-smoking Williamsburg lodging
facility. Smoking is acceptable on the porch only.
A: Once you have secured your reservation with a 50 % deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. Cancellations made at least 30 days before check in are charged 50% if cancelled with-in 30 days of check in there is a 100% charge.There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy (Including weather), if you are concerned, please look into travel insurance. We can recommend Allianz Global Assistance, Nationwide, Starr Indemnity, Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection, Crum & Forster, and Zurich Insurance Group. These companies have a CFAR ( cancel for any reason ) policy available which means if you are afraid COVID 19 may still be around and want to cancel you can! Please use travel insurance if you have any fears.
We understand your concerns about a possible hurricane. We always suggest protection with travel insurance.
For guests due to arrive a credit with be issued for a future stay.
Cancelling a stay based upon a hurricane approaching the general area or once a hurricane has gone through, please refer to our normal cancellation policy.If a hurricane has gone through and the home is not suitable for hosting guests, upcoming reservations will receive a credit toward a future stay.
